(More customer reviews)I am not happy with this item.You have to unscrew the entire bar from the base to insert the paper towel roll.Would be much easier if the top knob was smaller or only the top knob had to be removed.
Finish on wooden holder is not what I expected for the price.Seems to be wearing off (getting lighter) as you use the paper towels, and I have only been using it for about a month.
Do not recommend this paper towel holder.
