This holder is very sturdy and durable, can hold large roaster chickens, possibly small turkeys. Used on a gas grill, made great roasted chicken with a cripsy skin. I cooked the birds at 375 degrees, very little effort. This culinary addition will make anyone an expert at roasting chickens.
