(More customer reviews)This is a great idea "in theory"--but the actual product doesn't work because the rail is shorter than the normal length of a roll of paper towels. Hence, the roll does not stay hooked in as you might think it would from the picture: instead, it hangs beyond the little lip that's supposed to keep it in place, so that whenever you pull off a towel the whole thing rotates off the holder and falls to the floor. Great idea, but they should have made it big enough. What were they thinking?! My guess is that it's made for European paper towels of a different dimension. Doesn't work for the American paper towels! :-(
