(More customer reviews)The main problem I see with this hook is that two pieces (since it's the type of hook that hides the screws) are connected at the BOTTOM.Therefore, the outside piece (the part you can see) of the hook is not even touching the wall at the top because it's falling off the wall.I have screwed everything in as tight as I could and this is still an issue.Part of the problem may be that the towel I hang on the wall is heavy but I still feel like this hook is poorly designed.I now hang something lighter on it but the damage is already done and the hook is permanently looking like it's going to fall of the wall.Now I have two giant holes in the wall and I need to either get a new hook that completely covers up the damage or just forget it altogether and hang a picture or something up in it's place.
