IT CAN BE A LITTLE TRICKY TO LOAD A LARGE PAPER TOWELL ROLL, AND SOMETIMES PULLING PAPER TOWELLS OFF IS A PROBLEM ESPECIALLY WITH A FULL ROLL. BUT STILL A GREAT PRODUCT. THIS THING IS STRONG AND STURDY.
