(More customer reviews)We bought this towel holder to mount under the kitchen cabinets.We mounted it with the open side of the hook toward the back wall, which causes problems when you apply pressure on the front side of the paper towels.It causes the roll of towels to fall off.We didn't mount it hook side facing us, because we didn't want it falling off the holder when you ripped the towels off the roll.It would have been nice if they had made the hooks holes instead where the bar slide through and made it secure no matter what way you mounted it.It does it's job, but you sometimes have to fix it when the roll falls off.
