The ac adaptor I receive does not look like the item I received.
The adaptor I received is square and smaller. The adaptor does not work well or the itouchless towel-matic doesn't work. When I used batteries the product didn't work well and now that I have an adaptor it still doesn't work correctly.

Often times the paper will not dispense and paper jams occur too often.
This product is not worth the money.
