The paper towel holders are 2 plastic pieces that must be slid into position on a "rail", but it seems it was not manufactured to precise measurements. They were stuck within the first 2 cm and when I tried to push them further down with a little force - the black piece cracked in 2 places.Flimsy and poor quality plastic - the shipping cost doubled the price of this product as well.
